Work clothes, as necessary labor protection equipment, should be provided by employers free of charge to workers. In addition, Article 17 of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China also stipulates that labor protection, working conditions, and occupational hazard protection should be included in the labor contract, which means that work clothes should be clearly stipulated in the labor contract.
